How do I set up my truck profile?
Open the app, go to Profile → Vehicle, and enter your rig's height, weight, length and hazmat status. Routing will avoid restrictions that apply to your vehicle.
Why is navigation asking for location access?
Wheelr needs your location to provide turn-by-turn truck-safe routing and to show nearby parking, fuel and weigh stations. You can change this anytime in iPhone Settings → Wheelr.
How is parking availability reported?
Parking status is crowd-sourced from drivers on the road. You can contribute by tapping a truck stop and reporting whether spots are available.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wheelr to cancel or change your plan.
The app shows wrong fuel prices or a closed stop. What do I do?
Tap the location in the app and use the report option to flag outdated info — it helps every driver on the road.
